Information regarding personal data processing

1. The Joint Controllers of personal data are:

2. Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Poznański Instytut Technologiczny with its registered office in Poznań (61-755) at Ewarysta Estkowskiego 6;
3. Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Przemysłowy Instytut Automatyki i Robotyki i Pomiarów PIAP with its registered office in Warsaw (02-486) at Aleje Jerozolimskie 202;
4. Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Instytut Metali Nieżelaznych with its registered office in Gliwice (44-100) at Józefa Sowińskiego 5;
5. Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Instytut Lotnictwa with its registered office in Warsaw (02-256) at Aleja Krakowska 110/114;
6. Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Warszawski Instytut Technologiczny with its registered office in Warsaw (02-673) at Racjonalizacji 6/8;
7. Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – PORT Polskim Ośrodkiem Rozwoju Technologii with its registered office in Wroclaw i adresem we Wrocławiu (54-066) przy ulicy Stabłowickiej 147.
8. Joint Controllers can be contacted individually or by using a general e-mail address: rodo@orgmasz.lukasiewicz.gov.pl.
9. Joint Controlling of personal data is performer on the basis of a separate contract. Information about the essence of the arrangement between them can be obtained by contacting the Joint Controllers via e-mail address: rodo@orgmasz.lukasiewicz.gov.pl.
10. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling all activities related to the organisation of an event organised by the Joint Controllers on November 21-22, 2023 and registration of its participants, including broadcasting and posting a recording of the conference on a website (www.bpkhoryzont.pl) and social media websites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) as well as exercise or defence of legal claims.
11. The legal basis for personal data processing is:
    1. Point (b) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR (processing necessary for performance of an agreement resulting from participating in an event organised by the Joint Controllers on November 21-22, 2023),
12. Point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR (legitimate interest pursued by the controller, which is promoting the conference by broadcasting and posting a recording of it on the website – www.bpkhoryzont.pl and social media – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube),
13. Point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR (legitimate interest pursued by the controller, which is exercise or defense of legal claims).
14. The scope of personal data processed includes first name, last name, image and voice, represented company or institution.
15. The data subject has a right to request access to personal data from the controller and to rectification of data or restriction of processing, as well as right to request erasure of data and a right to object to processing based on point (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR.
16. Data subject also has a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
17. Provision of personal data is voluntary, however not providing personal data may result in .
18. Personal data, processed by the Joint Controllers, may be disclosed to institutions and entities authorised under applicable law, as well as to external entities providing services to the Joint Controllers based on contracts concluded with them, including streaming and video services such as YouTube or other social media such as LinkedIn, Twitter or Facebook.
19. Personal data processed by the controller may be exceptionally, only to extent necessary, transferred to the Joint Controllers’ partners processing that data outside of the European Economic Area, e.g. in relation to IT services provided to the Joint Controllers, including cloud services. Security of personal data is ensured by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
20. There will be no decisions made on the basis of automated processing.
21. Personal data will be stored for the duration required purposes of its processing, however not for longer then the limitation period for claims.
22. Personal data was obtained directly from the data subject.
